Yelagiri Camping

Located around 200kms from Chennai & Bangalore, Yelagiri is a charming little hill station near Vellore in Tamil Nadu. Perched at an altitude of 1700m Yelagiri offers pleasant weather even during the summer months. Surrounded by green hills, valleys, farms & orchards, Yelagiri presents a perfect escape from hectic city life.

In addition to mainstream tourist spots, Yelagiri Hills is also home to stunning trekking trails. It is also fast becoming a destination for adventure sports & tent camping.

Exoticamp's Yelagiri camping experience neatly packages a bit of everything this tiny hill station has to offer into a quick one day itinerary. Camp in tents amidst lush green settings in a private campsite, away from the resorts of Yelagiri. .

Post sunset, enjoy a nice campfire & barbeque. Do a bit of stargazing.

Wake-up next morning and go trekking following a dry stream (30 mins). The trail leads to beautifully manicured paddy fields. After catching the nice view you will be back at the campsite for breakfast.

The campsite is equipped with neat rest rooms, back-up rooms for extreme weather, electricity for charging mobile phones & massive outdoor space. You could also meander into short walks to nearby farms, chase butterflies, click numerous photographs, peacefully lay down on the grass bank or sit under the trees and take in the cool breeze.

Have Snacks & Settle into your Dome Tent, relax and enjoy the serene surroundings.

Night:

Campfire
Watch your favorite movie / songs / Series on a projector screen followed by campfire & dinner

Stargazing
Indulge in stargazing through Telescope. Post stargazing the night is all yours. You can retire into your tents as and when you wish to.

Day 2

Morning:

Nature Walk
Morning Nature walk with activities like bird watching.

Check Out Finish breakfast & check-out at around 11.00 am

No refund for cancellations within 7 days from the date of stay

In case of govt. imposed lockdowns / Covid disruptions, an option to reschedule booking to any other date within a year will be given. No refund will be issued.
Refunds if any will be credited to the source account in 7 working days
