About the campsite
Located amidst Periyar Tiger Reserve, Gavi & Konni Reserve; Sathram is a land of emerald green mountains interspersed with beautiful tea plantations & dense forests. Sathram used to be the traditional Sabarimala route. The word Sathram means a resting place in Tamil & Malayalam. My recent camping trip to Wild Aura was an absolute delight. The combination of exceptional food and an amazing host made it a truly memorable experience. Beyond the incredible food, the host at Wild Aura made the experience even more special. Their warmth, friendliness, and attentiveness made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whether it was providing recommendations for activities, sharing fascinating stories about the area, or simply checking in to ensure everything was going well, their genuine care and hospitality were evident. The campsite itself was a serene haven nestled in the midst of nature's beauty. Surrounded by lush greenery and picturesque landscapes, it provided the perfect backdrop for a camping. The facilities were well-maintained, and the tents were spacious and cosy, offering a comfortable retreat at the end of each day. In conclusion, my camping experience at Wild Aura was truly exceptional. The year-end vacation we spent at Exotic Camp's “Cloud Scape” was truly unforgettable one, this will undoubtedly stay in our memories for years to come. As someone accustomed to treks and tent stays, bringing along young children, including an infant, made me cautious about safety, comfort, and weather challenges. However, Exotic Camp surpassed all expectations. From the moment we booked to the warm hospitality offered by the on-site hosts, the professionalism of Exotic Camp's team was at its best. Their meticulous planning and seamless arrangements reassured us, and having the co-founder personally overseeing our stay added an extra touch of care. The worry of dealing with extreme weather conditions faded away, thanks to their well-prepared facilities. The team ensured our comfort and safety, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the natural beauty around us. The kids, especially, had a blast amidst the scenic backdrop. Such was the impact of this experience that we revised our plans and joined their next camp, “Wild Aura”. The consistency in service, attention to detail, and the sheer joy of exploring nature in their care made it an easy decision to extend our adventure. Exotic Camp not only provided a safe and comfortable environment but also ignited a newfound love for camping in our family. We're grateful for the memories created and the incredible hospitality. "Highly recommended for families seeking a blend of adventure and relaxation amidst nature's wonders"
