About the campsite

Exoticamp's Camp Cloudmill offers a breathtaking view of the Western Ghats, rolling tea plantations and the clouds filled valley on the Tamilnadu side. Located at higher altitudes above Munnar; the camp is filled with some mesmerizing views of the valley of Theni.
Easily the highest campsite in Munnar, spend your day sipping a hot cup of tea, with a book, admiring the majestic meesapulimala peak from the campsite. Go on a sunrise hike and be swept off by the breathtaking view of clouds below you and the sun rising through the clouds.

Day 1

Morning:

Check In Check-into our cottage post breakfast for refreshing

Stream Visit
Check-out a nearby stream for a quick dip (Seasonal)

Noon:

Jeep Safari
Hop onto a jeep for an off-road drive to the campsite

Hiking
Finish lunch upon reaching the campsite, relax for a while and indulge in some hiking / slack-lining / Jumaring activity

Night:

Campfire
Post sundown, assemble for a magical campfire session & music over hot soup, basic bbq & dinner

Stargazing
Post campfire indulge in DIY stargazing through Sky Map / Sky View App

Day 2

Morning:

Sunrise Hike
Wake up early and embark on a trek to witness breathtaking sunrise from Kolukkumalai Peak

Check Out Descend from the peak, finish breakfast & check-out of the campsite

Noon:

Waterfalls Visit
Trek back to the base camp through tea plantations & en-route stop at a waterfalls for an ice-cold dip. You could reach the basecamp, go on a short tour of tea factory (entry fee on you), do some spice / tea shopping & return to your cities

How to get here?

1) Drive to campsite basecamp at Suryanelli on your own (Location will be shared on booking). You could park your vehicle and take our Jeep pick up (included in the cost)
2) You can book bus to Munnar and take Jeep / Share Auto to the basecamp at Suryanelli (Aoorix Rs.150/Person). You could also take private jeeps / share autos at Rs. 1000 one way
